Hi, I'm so happy you are here!

Hello, my name is Janice and "Energy Alchemist" feels most in alignment when I'm asked to put a label on my passion. Although I like it, it can come across as a vague. But, the truth is, I resonate with it and it is the most aligned word for what I do for myself, my family, and with you!

I incorporate various forms of frequency flow thru perception re-framing, hypnotherapy, bio-feedback technology, homeopathy, nutritional, and intuitive hands-on modalities. After decades in the real estate industry and then on the heels of serious illness, I was led to seek a deeper connection with my body, my truth, and my life’s greater purpose. My aim is understanding the many facets of human existence and exploring all of the ways we can evolve our physical bodies as well as our consciousness.

My mission is to guide, coach, and hold space for people of all ages as they seek to reconnect with their body, mind, and spirit. In doing so, they may reveal, alchemize, and heal themselves to merge heart-fully with their truest essence. Having walked this path myself, I do not just share the technical aspects of how to get well, I have walked through the fires of change again and again. When forged by those flames, we are never the same person and only one who has been there can understand this fully.

I have studied in the fields of epigenetics, neuroscience, quantum physics, holistic healing, hypnotherapy, meditation, and frequency adaptation. Most of my inspiration comes from nature herself, but my adult kids, grandchildren, and my students and clients who seek guidance for their own journey back to their authentic selves are my wisest teachers!
