My work draws from a variety of complementary practices - QEST4 bioenergetic wellness, Reiki, quantum hypnosis healing, homeopathic principles, nervous-system support, neuro-retraining, and personalized mentorship. Each offers a different way of exploring the patterns that may be influencing how you feel, respond, and move through your life.

Is is a guided exploration of the subconscious and superconscious mind, where your inner wisdom becomes accessible and clear. Through this process, you can gain insight into areas such as health, relationships, purpose, and personal direction. This is a Coherent Field Recalibration System that accesses your body's innate intelligence for distortions or imbalances and offers precise, personalized energetic solutions. Energy signature imprints are customized during your session for the highest efficacy based upon the precision of the QEST quantum technology, the clarity of the corrective signal, and your sequencing and attunement.
Reiki Healing 1:1 or Distant
In Reiki, a Japanese practice translating to “universal life force,” I act as a conduit through which this intelligent, restorative energy flows to you. Each session is guided by your body’s innate wisdom, supporting alignment with your highest path and deepest healing.
I offer both traditional Reiki and intuitively guided, hybrid sessions, available through hands-on and distance work.
