ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Janice. When people ask what I do, “Energy Alchemist” is the title that resonates most deeply with me. While it might sound a bit mysterious, it truly captures the heart of my work—transforming energy to support healing, alignment, and growth in myself, my family, and those I serve.

My approach blends a variety of healing tools, including hypnotherapy with reiki healing, biofeedback technology, homeopathy, meditation, and intuitive hands-on modalities. After decades in the real estate world, I was called to reconnect with my body, rediscover my truth, and step into a greater sense of purpose. This journey led me to explore the many layers of human experience—and how we can evolve not just our bodies, but our consciousness as well.

My mission is to support people of all ages in reconnecting - wholly - with their mind, body, and spirit. I hold space for deep healing and transformation, guiding others as they reveal and alchemize what no longer serves, so they can fully embody who they were always meant to be. I’ve lived this work myself—walking through the fires of change more than once—and I know firsthand how powerful and sacred that path can be.

My studies span epigenetics, neuroscience, quantum physics, holistic healing, hypnotherapy, meditation, and the power of frequency. But my greatest teachers continue to be the natural world, my amazing children and grandchildren, and the clients and students who bravely show up to do the work of returning home to themselves.
