Mentorship is a sacred space: a heart-centered container where you can feel seen, supported, and gently guided through the deep inner work of awakening. Whether you're navigating a spiritual shift, seeking to deepen your practice, or simply longing for a safe, judgment-free place to process and grow, I’m here to walk beside you.

Together, we’ll clarify personal or spiritual intentions, explore grounded strategies to manage stress and uncertainty, and cultivate a deeper connection to your true self. My role is to offer steady encouragement, reflection, and soulful companionship—a mirror to remind you who you are beneath the noise.

I know firsthand how vital this kind of support can be. During one of the most disorienting and transformative periods of my life, it was my mentors - those who had walked through their own unraveling - who held space for me with wisdom, tenderness, and strength. That kind of presence changes everything.

Often, we know what we want to do, but the follow-through can feel lonely - especially when those around us don’t quite understand the path we’re on. This mentorship is designed to be flexible, responsive, and personal to you and your season of life.

This three-month journey includes:
• Three 15-20 minute support calls per month
• Three 1-hour sessions (in person or virtual) per month
• A flexible structure of methods and short- and long-term goals that adapts to your unique rhythm and needs
