REIKI Healing Session

Each session begins with an invocation, a heartfelt opening prayer that calls in support from the etheric field and gently aligns with the client’s subtle bodies. From there, I typically begin at the crown of the head and move slowly toward the feet, placing my hands above various areas of the body to support energetic balance and flow. While no sensitive areas are ever touched, the experience is deeply nurturing and respectful.

At times, you may be asked to lie on your stomach briefly to allow for a more complete energetic scan and harmonization.

As guided by intuition and your unique energy, I may incorporate crystals, crystal essences, essential oils, and other healing tools to support your session. The duration is flexible and sessions can be as brief as requested or unfold over the course of an hour or longer, depending on what serves your highest good in that moment.

We’ll close with a final intention and prayer, allowing the energy to gently integrate. You may feel called to rest for a few moments afterward, or you may leave feeling refreshed, realigned, and ready to re-engage with your day from a place of greater clarity and peace.
