What? Nothing is Real??
A perspective on what comprises this thing we call reality

What is Reality Anyway?
The life experience we are having is REAL. But physical reality – that which is all around us – is all taking place within your consciousness. Reality is everywhere we look. It is like a mirror - you know you don’t change what is in the mirror until you change what you are doing in front of it.
Does Reality Have to Be Difficult?
Difficulty is not inherent in reality. All struggle or difficulty comes from a belief system that is lodged within the unconscious mind. Difficulty is not the purview of creation. If we were not manifesting and creating our reality, we would not be having a reality at all. You don’t have to learn how to manifest, learn, or learn how to do it faster, you are already doing it as fast as you can. The issue is – ‘what’ are you manifesting based on what you believe is possible. That is the issue. The only question that determines your reality is “What am I believing to be true?”
Refinement of your focus is what likely needs improved. This requires discipline, which is not inherently hard (check-in: what beliefs do you have about that?). Perception is what determines what you experience in your reality. You are born to be a creator. There is nothing to learn because you were born with everything you need to create the life your soul desired for this experience. And it is not about learning how to trust, dream, or manifest faster. All those things are automatic within every human being. It always comes down to what you believe to be true. A projection of a corresponding response to the perception we hold connects the streams of consciousness leading to the creation of our lives.
Is Change Hard?
So, the answer can be yes, or no. Because when you struggle or have difficulty in making a change, it is because you are attached to a belief that is not aligned with your true self. The release of the habitual thought process and correlating actions can be as simple as you let it be.
Keep in mind, we are all motivated similarly at our core: We will always, without fail, move in the direction of what we believe to be most beneficial (pleasure) and move away from that which is perceived to be uncomfortable (pain).
Do you observe “why do I keep choosing to do things that are less pleasant or even painful as opposed to what I would rather experience?”. The only reason you would do that is because there is an unconscious belief that what appears initially to be more enjoyable, is actually more painful than simply staying where you are.
For example: The untrue belief is “to be wealthy will cause you to stand out in a negative way” so you make the decision to not have abundance to keep from being perceived in negative ways. So, unconsciously, everything you do will be orchestrated to ensure you never attract abundance.
Another example: An untrue belief of “I remain in an unsatisfying relationship because everyone struggles and all relationships are work”.
Usually, it takes several questions to arrive at a seed-point of negative beliefs. On the surface, the concept of wealth may begin with a statement like “our family never had wealth and the phrase ‘money is the root of all evil’ was commonly heard in the house”. The topic of unfulfilling relationships may begin with an initial observation of “It’s not that bad, or it could be worse… it’s too hard to start over… no one has a perfect life anyway, etc.” So then, ask what do you have to believe about yourself for THAT to be true? Keep going, questioning every response with the same question.
Once you analyze an unhealthy belief, you easily understand that it is nonsensical and it doesn’t serve you. From this new vantage point, you can dismiss it from your mind and free up that real estate for your true desires.
In light of this newly revealed understanding, affirm those things that ARE true for you and reclaim it into your reality. Being active at identifying, owning, and releasing is key. You can hire the best of counselors, healers, and take prescriptions to cope, but at your core, you hold the key to your freedom.
Breaking a Habit
A habit is something that you do, however, you don’t realize you are doing it. Once you know you are doing it, it is no longer a habit. It is called a choice. If it was a habit, it is an unconscious behavior and you do not have a choice about it. It is vital to understand the difference.
Once you begin to start exploring these techniques, you will notice a newfound sense of peace. You will still observe the unpleasant events that are happening in your existence or around the world, but you will not be emotionally affected nor attached to specific outcomes. Synchronicities will become the norm in your life as will the unfoldment of desirable people and events appearing like magic. Your emotional baseline becomes one of contentment or curiosity; not judgement or strife.
What Kind of Life Do You Want?
The fact is, there is no built-in meaning of life. There is no automatic, built-in meaning to anything, actually. The meaning of life is for you to give it meaning. The meaning you give it determines what effect you get out of it. The effect you get out of it is based on how you define your reality.
The goal is bridging a current awareness into the full knowingness that is available through the higher self and embodying this so life is experienced more richly in our truest and most authentic purpose. Joy is a physical translation of the vibratory energy that represents your true natural self. That is who you are, created in the image of creation.
When we act in the highest degree of love, joy, or creation, then your inner compass is pointing to your north - the direction of your path of least resistance to be in alignment of your true self. You will know it because you are feeling really good in the moment and people, places, and life’s events flow easily all of the time.
Maintaining these perceptions and projections for extended length of time will result in a new, expanded personal awareness that only you can access. You will begin to remember. That's "re-member". Not fragmented compartmentalized consciousnesses, but moving toward the idea of re-joining, re-membering, re-collecting, yourself into who the whole of you actually are meant to experience.
An Invitation for You
Place reminders in your spaces so that you are prompted to evaluate your current focus when your attention may be wandering into areas that do not support your alignment to your soul’s truth:
I am aware of my thoughts.
What is my current perception?
What am I projecting?
Incorporate a mantra that plays on repeat in your mind. It can be the same one for weeks on end or change it up depending on your intentions at the time.
I, myself, am presently enjoying, "May every notion I give birth to be of the Light. And so, it shall be."
